Default Eat and lift hard

If you want to get big(ger) then you have to eat big and workout hard.

Eat every 3 hours and make sure that every meal has atleast 40g of protein in it. Try to get to about 250g of protein every day.Drop the creatine, you don't need it right now (if ever). Being 11st I guess you are a hardgainer? If so, get that protein down and then scoff whatever you can, need to hit a min of 3000 cals every day.

If you just starting out in the gym don't worry to much about how much weight your moving, start light and make sure you techinique is good on the main three exercises (Squat, Bench and Deadlifts). When you feel comfortable, start to add a little weight, slowly, a little each week, make sure your not losing techinique by trying to lift too much because some dude next to you is.

Go to the training section to get a good program to work out on. Remember that every workout should revolve around the big three lifts (they will add the most mass to you).

benzB is right, except don't drop the creatine, it works in helping you build muscle, from experience and science we can see that in many different people.

big tips for beginning would be that you should aim for form and not worry about numbers in the gym, aim for 6 - 10 reps in every set, and push it to the max, i.e. you should be screaming, spitting and red faced for the last 2 reps of a set. If your not, your not trying enough or your not doing heavy enough. intensity is key.

heres a tip.

why talk like this:

Y SHOULD I DROP THE CREATINE AND Y SHOULOD I KEEP IT I PAID 50 FOR IT I THINK IL KEEP IT C HOW IT GOES FOR THE 1ST 2 MONTHS WILL HOW LONG WILL I BE UNTIL IM ABLE TO C MUSCLE ONMYSELF I TRAIN EVERY DAY FOR 1 HOUR DOING THE BIG 3

when you could talk like this:

Why should i drop the creatine and why shouldnt i keep it. I paid 50 for it, i think ill keep it and see how it goes for the 1st 2 months. How long will it be until im able to see muscle on myself, I train every day for 1 hour doing the big 3 exercises.

It makes it a lot easier for anybody even attempting to understand what your trying to say and then maybe help you.

NOW. to address your question:

Don't drop the creatine.
You paid too much.
Keep using it, you will see results if you have training and diet to a T.
Don't train every day, you need off days to help you grow.
If you are hitting the 'big 3' every day, then you definitely need to stop. By big 3 i'm assuming you mean squat, deadlift and bench press. You want to split up your training into body parts, see some examples in the training section.

i dont think you should be training everyday mate! you grow when you rest so try to get at least 8 hours sleep a night and only train every other day. also dont go looking in the mirror everyday expecting to see muscle that wasn't there yesterday. you gotta be patient! go and get a little book from wh smith or somewhere and weigh your self every week but make a note of what your eating, taking(creatine etc) and what your doing at the gym everyday. this will help you work out whats working at putting muscle on and show where you can improve!

good luck

Personally I wouldn't use the creatine, but that is just my opinion, if you want to use, then do so, but remember that you arn't going to get any serious muscle just by adding creatine to you current eating routine, food is the most anabolic thing you can take, just something to remember.

And yes, as the others said, don't train everyday! Ask the in the training forum for a suitable program, I suggest 3 days a week. I have been lifting seriously for 6 years and I only train 3 days a week and am in and out of the gym within an hour.
