I am based in North West London and I can't seem to find a decent gym! I am currently at at fitness first gym which is, not great! Actually the biggest problem is that there is no Squat rack!! It has a smith machine (some like it, personally I hate it, especially doing a squat in it!!!), but no place to do any free weight squats. Can someone please suggest to me a half decent gym that has all the essential equipment (basically, squat rack and benchs, maybe a power rack)? I don't mind travelling abit to get to it, and it would need to be open from 6.30am as I have to workout before I go to work. Hope you guys can help. |

Hate to say it, but the best gyms are in the poorer parts where you've got guys who don't work jobs, but work out. Go to NE London...TEEMING with hardcore gyms. Anyway...Blitz gym is in N.Harrow, they've got the works, but it's on the periphery of Harrow/Hillingdon, about as far NW as you can get. If you tell me what borough, I can have a scour round.
