Hello everyone

A little info to point me in the right direction please. I would like to get medically administered hormone replacement therapy. But berfore I start looking around for a doctor I would like to know what is the prerequisite for horomone replacement therapy? To begin with what is a low testosterone count number? Are there things I could be doing to ensure my success? Such as supplementing with a type of estrogen to lower my test. count? I figure I might as well let insurance help to keep me feeling as young as possible. A little about myself: Im a 42 year old male, 5`7`, between 215 to 220 lbs. Ive been working since my teens and Im currently recovering from pnemonia. So Ive been out of the gym for a couple of months and Im seriously atrophied. Ok I blabbed enough , thanks again .
