For example i'll cook up 2 big cups of brown rice in the morning, add a bit of pesto, chili, salt and pepper, thats my carbs done for 4 solid meals. Similarly i'll cook up say 4 turkey breast slices (you know, the ones u get in the supermarkets) or 4 large chicken breasts (so about 600grams white meat in total) on the george foreman grill (<10 mins). I'll then portion the rice and the meat out into 4 bowls, and cling film them. Total time in kitchen about 5 minutes, total time cooking about 30. Then when it comes to mealtime, take a bowl and stick it in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, sorted ! Meals 2 - 5 done !
