Default pot belly!

hi guys, any have a pot belly?! i'm 10% bf and when tensed my six pack shows, however when i relax my belly looks like a pot belly! it sticks out and my six pack no longer shows i think its cause i eat alot so my stomach is full with food all the time, anyone know how i can get rid off a pot belly ? i thought i could maybe eat less so my stomach shrinks but i dont want to lose any size in my body. xmas hols and food never helps lol

i am the same m8 but my bf is higher than yours so was hopein after i done bulkin up and id cutt up it would go??be intrestin seein the replys on this one?

i definitely do.

i have the ability to expand my belly out so i look like the fattest bastard ever !

it has affectionately become 'the muscle belly'.

i have a slight case of that...just proof that you cannot have it all at the same time...when i cut up, it goes away, but definately not when bulking!

My lower torso sticks out a little further than the upper half so gives that effect. I guess it's genetic in most cases.

Try cutting down on sodium.

I find reducing carbs helps m8

i did have a problem like that but was told to conciously hold my stomach in and eventually it'll stay in. its similar to making sure you stand up straight when you correct a bad posture, do it long enough and it sticks!
