Bodyfat Testers

Abyone used the ones where you stick the pads on your hands and feet and it sends a pulse through your body to test bodyfat and other bits and pieces?

If so did you find it accurate?

Gonna try it tomorrow and see whats the outcome

my local supplyments dealers have one you can use in store and have to say its preety dam accurate m8!!the dam thing now i need to drop a bit of bf before my cycle pmsl,i was a bout to order one of these>>> http://www.edirectory.co.uk/grown_up...nitor&cid=1463 cheap and cheer full

nope the electronics ones are crap, calipers are much more accurate

but they dont take into account water retention though do they???
