Default the look of mass

ok well i been out to see some old m8's and we all ened up down the gym, well most of them say i look much smaller than my actual weight?and i have to agree with them, theres a few ppl i know who are all nearly the same hieght as me but yet way alot less than me but to look at them u'd think they were at least 2-3 stone heiver than me,so have we got any ppl with roughly the same stats as me?im 6`3 and 225lb,and if so lets see a pic cos i bet that u look so much bigger than me?so whats it all about?just look at this pic and u will see i look alot less than i am :?
in fact the cubbie lad next to me in the picture is only a few pounds heavier than me?????

I'm not sure, but possibly because muscle is more dense than fat and water, hence why they look bigger due to there bf% and your lower bf% with muscle.

It's only a guess mind, I thought about a science lesson.. Water particles/molecules/scientific-word are spread out and loose and metal (in a way hard like muscle) is closely formed together and tight.

I may be talking utter bollox though.
