Is it possible it is the gear that is making you feel like this?
You've been on a while now have you noticed a difference in size and strength? I always find that a good motivater!

Ive put on around 10 lb now, some obviously water retention. yeah stumpy that would normally really motivate me, but even that is not much help.
My current cycle is, Deca 200 mg, Test Enanth 750mg and Dbol 30mg. that was for 5 weeks ive ran out of deca so ive added sustabolic ( blend of 5 testosterones) at 1.5ml 375mg/ml to the mix instead so from this sat it will be 1.5ml sustabolic and 500mg Test Enath. Thanx for your help guys.

Perhaps take 1 or 2 days out of diet? Eat a load of crap like kebabs, fish n chips, chocolate, everything your not supposed to for those 2 days.

Then come back more positive, stricter and finish your cycle with a better outlook?

Nick

Gym W think everyoen goes through periods like that I tend to get like that while on. Depends on your personal motivation as to what can help. Watch all the BB dvd's you have change up your routine completely for a while. Go to the gym and use all the crappy machines and see how many of them you can comltete the stack on for. (Always a personal favourite)

Hope you get through it buddy

Maybe take a rest for a couple of weeks to chill out and focus on other things so when you go back you will really look forward to it and build up your confidence again...

I recommended this to a couple of people and they always come back feeling better and more refreshed and generally happier.

The problem with taking a couple of weeks off is the fact im currently half way through a steroid cycle, so i think at this stage that maybe a little to long although i think i will have a 3 day break and hope fully come back recharged. what a really caring buch of guys we have on Musclechat
