Ultimate Fighter - 3 Days to go

Just for anyone who has forgotten UF has 3 days to go to meet his 30 pounds in 2 months no body fat deadline.

Not seen him around So I doubt he'll be back thou, but Hey something to wonder. Seen as he's been training on his programme for 1 month and 28 days now he probably only has another 28.75 pounds left to gain in the next 3 days ah well bring on the 10th.

This guy is the future of bodybuilding he can make millions if he writes a book. or gives blood to scientists so they can replicate and insert it in an egg...
