Default BODYBUILDING IS EXPENSIVE !!

I was considering how much I spend on food including protein powder and came to the conclusion that its between 7 and 10 per day. This is probably 3 - 6 more spent on food than a normal person. And this is with intelligent purchasing, like buying chicken in bulk, and only eating azda value tuna.

When you put that into perspective, that means i'm spending at maximum about 2000 MORE on food compared to if I didn't do bodybuilding, about 3000 per year. This doesn't even include gym membership, other supps/cycles, and equipment/clothing.

Bloody expensive hobby/lifestyle innit !

How much do you guys spend on food, and do you have any tactics on reducing how much you spend in pursuit of your builds?

Nick

Very similair to yourself there nick. but on top of that i also use gear aswell and that cost's me around 200 per cycle. I buy all my supplements online in bulk so i make savings there and i spend around 120 a month in the asda on all my food. ive just bought 4 new vest from jjb ay 12 each so theres 48. id work it out id spend around 4000 a year.
Wooooooooo what an expensive life style

But when your on a night out and a sexy chick asks to feel your 'big muscles' it makes it all worth while :

Ur spot on Nick, I was also thinking **** this lifestyle is expensive (thank God I don't drink or smoke or my expenditure would be bigger).

Just wait until you get married & have children Nick, then it will be much worse
