ok folks so where do you all train?reason i thought id ask this is after the new year when im in better shape i figured id like to get out and try out a few gyms around the contry and maybe get to meet a couple of this board,seein as no ones in lincolnshire

Don't be fooled by the look of the web site, there is some hard core gear in there. I saw some 75 kg Dbells there today :shock: , no idea how long they've been there or if they've ever been used. :?
