also i cant upload stuff at the minute?? maybe the 'files' directory isnt writeable?

ive fixed the files thing. you were right i forgot to set the diretory writable, it is now ok.

yeah i see what you mean about the text. i,ll have to inquire about this as this is way above my knowlege.
