| Guest Posts: n/a | How often do you train your abbs? I haven't done a sit up for 7 years and do nothing directly aimed at abb training although they obviously get used as a matter of course during my other exercises. Despite all this and gaining weight well my abbs are starting to show for the first time in my life, more noticably the top couple and I have yet to finish my bulking cycle and lose water. So I am a little curious, how often does everyone else train their abbs or do an exercise directly aimed at their abbs? |

I train them about once a week, or once every 2 weeks, and you can see my ab definition really well considering i'm not cut Nick ______________________ - Obsession is what lazy people call dedication - |
