Hello

I used to be a member at a JJb gym, well today ive decided to re-join because i thought it was great, and all my gains i got were from the work i did there.

So i was just wandering, does anyone else train at a JJB Gym?

Ok cool, what do you guys think of it? i think it's bloody brilliant, especialy when you compare the prices to similar gyms. On sunday i found one which wasn't as nice, didn't have a good free weights section yet it was 3 Times as expensive as JJB so im extra pleased with the place.

There is a new JJB gym jus opened in my town and its really good for weights and its not that dear to join aswell. Much better then the gym i was at before
