Default thankyou,

Just a thankyou to musclechat really, including the longer members who seem to have vanished but hey they may still be reading the posts.

Ive lifted weights since i was 14 about 8 years as im 22 yesterday but ive only really made real gains in size and strength since i regestered on musclechat last year.

It hasnt solely been this forum as ive read bb books, mags, every bb tv program going and even started 2 college courses a fitness and weight lifting courses to mayby pursue work in this area ie gym inst to start(not good pay but opertunities there for eventually personal trainer), yes im sad but if i do something ill give it 100% and solely concentrate on it but id say musclechat gave me the encouragement that i could alter my physique which spured me on.

Its got to the stage now were theres not a lot of questions need answering which is boring for me when i come on this site as i aint got any worthwile questions/topics to post and i try to avoid helping others because i am a novice myself regarding time ive been bb, so its just a question of sticking to what i know and being conssistent.

The reason im saying this now is coz ive nearly hit the 14stone mark and i got my first you look big comment the other day.I get the " youve put on a lot of weight" or "your getting big", but two days ago i bumped into a m8 who i aint seen for around 6 months and before even saying hello he looked me up and down and said " f**k your a size aint you" i used to be 10half stone at best not ugly skinny but very slim well i dont like the word but yea skinny, but now im not skinny and i actually feel strong in comparison to most guys down the gym i seem to be liffting as much as the real heavyweights and im not huge and far from it but because of me being tall and im now well covered i feel really comfortable and a BIT big if you get me.

All this change in just 1 year is amazing really and ive put on so much mass i cant even see 10half stone(my weight a year ago) on the scales anymore when i stand on them.
Also i used to only flat bench press 30kg ops: im benchin 80 now for 4 reps not good by musclechat standrds but good for most.

So cheers

Your increase is more the double I think thats excellent by any standard mate.

And being seen by old mates when they see you have grown is ace.

I hope the learning goes well, and I am sure all the mods and admins will be happy with that post.

Peace out

Cheers guys,

I just think sometimes bb spend so much time striving to be better that sometimes its nice to take a step back after each passing year and reflect on what we have achieved in that year. The trouble is we cant reflect for too long as we can always get bigger and/or more ripped.

Congratulations and Happy Birthday Mate!

So what if you can 'only' lift 80kgs for 4....you read some postings (not on MC!) about guys weighing in at 280lbs + (not many over 300lbs.....) and who can press 3 tonne or whatever...just smacks of BS to me...esp. when you go their profiles and they're 17 and at school......!

Anyway, getting a bit off track here, but this quote here Mate :

Its got to the stage now were theres not a lot of questions need answering which is boring for me when i come on this site as i aint got any worthwile questions/topics to post and i try to avoid helping others because i am a novice myself regarding time ive been bb, so its just a question of sticking to what i know and being conssistent.

SHUT UP!!! I personally enjoy reading your posts, if you are asking a question then you've taken the time to research it beforehand and make a worthwhile contribution to MC...the only dumb question is the one that doesn't get asked, and thankfully MC doesn't seem to have that whole 'AlphaMale' and flaming thing going on...Hell, I bet most guys and gals on here would much rather answer the same question over and over again rather than let someone eat 200 ABombs and watch their liver stick two fingers up and ship out!

Just me 2p's worth.

: )
