hi steve, i had a trapped nerve in my left arm about 2 months ago, was ok if my arm was bent but as soon as i straightned it out there was a real painful shooting pain down my arm, it lasted about 2 days as i was told to keep it in the stretched position and just move it around alot to untrap the nerve so to speak, i know one thing, it f***** hurts. hope this helps bro.

Steve I've had trouble with pins and needles especially in my left arm for 15 years, I'm now seeing the hospital to find out if I have Carpal Tunnell syndrome, a condition where you have growth pressing on the nerve causing pins and needles.

I've been going to a chiropracter to try and see if i have a vertebrate out of position and so causing the nerves to pinch, he seemed to help a lot but after a month of not going the pins and needles are back again.

trigger point therapy might help-but i only know the pressure points for the lower back-the results can be miraculous
