Need advice on test eth (1ml vail)

Thinking of starting test est, not sure of how many to take really. I have heard i need to take 2 shots a week of this stuff in 1ml shots. please can i have some advice regarding is this correct. Is it ok to use on its own. Thinking of doing a 9 week cycle!

The test enanthate i used each vile had 250mg of pure test enanthate i cycled 2 of these with 250mg of deca all in the one shot once a week, i seen great results from this, and yeah u can use it on its own with good results.
