| Guest Posts: n/a | Has anyone else noticed an awkwardness to their size? I can't scratch my back any more and putting on and tying my boots has become awkward. :? Shortness of breath is annoying as well but I'm putting that down to gear. Has anyone else noticed an inability to do a simple task since they grew? |

The only one that does bother me is asthm and snoring. When I bulk I get asthma really bad and need my inhaler quite frequently, I also snore very load all the damn time but as I cut up I never need my inhaler and dont snore anymore. Probaly due to neck size and the constriction on the windpipe J ______________________ 50% of Training is nutrition 50% of Training is not overtraining If you cant gain see the above. |

I used to hold my breath and tie them as quick as possible. That was too painful. My girlfriend does them now. (Phew!) My girlfriend has to take my T-shirts off. I can't reach behind to pull them up. This can be funny in the gym changing room. Ever asked the guy next to you to help you get your T-shirt off 'cos your stuck in it? I try to wear shirts to the gym. Shortness of breath is a problem too. I cycle to work, not very far, thankfully. Lowest gear possible, huffing, puffing, sweating away and getting overtaken by old ladies. Not good. Doing simple tasks around the house can be an almighty workout. Who does the 'mobile phone juggle?' Holding the phone becomes agony very quickly and you have to make excuses and end the conversation. Wiping your arse? What a struggle. "I'm not wiping your arse for you!" Shouts the girlfriend. "You don't love me do you!" Shouts I. "Not that much!". Bugger. I'll have to reach from the front. ![]() |

My friends think I'm fit so they were suprized to see me on all fours climbing up Brean Hill with 5 year olds running past me! I try not to gasp for breath in front of everyone after doing something physical, and instead pretend to cough so I can take a deep breath in! And they call us athletes! I also get what can only be described as HOT FLUSHES, and I sweat like a pig. AH the joys of BB and AS |
