| Illuminati | you can lift alot!they`re good to use if you have a back problem -i do prefer a straight bar fo stiff legs-i notice the balance then. ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |

| Illuminati | it`s a hexagon shaped bar which you stand inside of(the bar itself is round),with a bar sticking out each side to load the weights onto-its like a lollipop with 2 sticks-it has handles(6"steel bar)welded on to the inside(parallel to each other)-there are pics of them in "beyond brawn"-stuart mcrobert -invented by al gerard-possibly in the fifties(my mums got the book at the mo!)mine cost150-well worth as i hadnt been able to squats or deadlifts for 3 years-because your arms are by you sides rather than in front of you,or the weight is above you- it`s easier on your back-well worth it . ______________________ einsteins mind was the key to all things...to understand more than to know. www.englishmuscle.co.uk www.extremenutrition.co.uk |
