| Guest Posts: n/a | As the title suggeste, which is your priority? By size I mean good shape and symetry with lean muscle mass as opposed to brute strength and not too bothered of an aesthetically pleasing figure. And before anyone says yes both would be nice in an ideal world and strength will come with size but what is your personal preference / goal? |

I have to look good for the stage. However given the choice, I'd rather go for strength and be a bit chubby. I far more enjoy getting my bench press or dumbell shoulder press weight up than gaining size. Dont know how to poll this one :-?
