Since ive been on this forum ive realised im not particuly strong at all compared to guys on this forum, but im liffting more then anyone ive seen at my gym so i dont no were im at.If i give you my stats which i havn't done before could anyone say how im doing so i know what i should be aiming for in years to come?.Oh by the way my lifts are good form and done slowly even on my heaviest sets. Im 6ft2 13+ stone flat bench press 70kg for about 8+ reps millitary press 45kg 8 reps (i hate theese) ezbar curl 40kg 6 reps My arm is 15 inches tensed. width of my shoulders is 48cm (1 side to the other) CHEERS |

This is probably due to the fact that I don't really pay attention to the numbers. I know what disks I pile on to the bars and am always gradually trying to add a bit more. Ever since I started training I have been a stickler for proper form and aim to make the muscle that I am working burn and tighten as much as possible until failure. There is nothing worse than watching guys lugging huge weights about with no form or control, this can only be an injury waiting to happen. YOU CONTROL THE WEIGHT, DON'T LET THE WEIGHT CONTROL YOU!!!! |
