what would you say is your weakest bodypart?

inner quads / generally legs for lower body

for upper body then upper back, mine kinda sucks. i'm not strong enough relatively on bicep either, but my bis are pretty big so that has never particularly made me motivated to sort it out

Calves and triceps but they are improving rapidly. I dont think they are actually my weak bodyparts I think my other bodyparts are so good its hard to get my calves and tricpes to match the rest

i couldnt get the little buggers to grow then i started doing skullcrushers stacked wiv close grip to failer and that soon popped them out!

funny ypou should say that, i have recently starting doing them since i been training with old training partner again,

been doing them for about a month now,

you do you skullcrushers then when you fail, straight away go into closegrip, how long did you notice viasble difference?

My upper chest would probably be my weakest body part. It has been getting better lately which is good
