me !

especially if i'm doing my crazy chest drop sets:

start on something high but manageable, i.e. 90kgs. do as many reps as possible to absolute failure.
then drop to 60, to failure again.
then drop to 40, again to failure
then drop to just the bar (20) and have your spotter push negative and positive against the bar 10 times, making sure that it is extremely slow. by the 6th or seventh rep i've usually screamed the house down, and the spotter is having to lift some of the weight of the bar for me !


also, when i do leg presses and deadlifts i like to grunt, but more like a manly roar

Kind of a muffled grunt as in I need to do it to go through the pain barrier but don't want everyone to hear it.

hahaha prison sex wtf, im a gym grunter! but not an over loud one.

few guys were shouting as if someone heated a metal coat hanger and stuck it in their penis hole when i was in yoi. some bad boys in there though, 17 and as hard as dappers.

I only really tend to grunt on deadlifts and squats, basically the hardest exercises . I must say I tend to crack a smile when someone is grunting away whilst doing tricep kickbacks, Ive seen it a few times now.
