Default Squat Aids

Does anyone use these, and find them good? Using a towel isnt doing the trick for my shoulders, and i've been looking at stuff like the Manta Ray squat aid - any thoughts?

Pretty much, although the Manta Ray is a bit more expensive/intricate - wondering if its worth while or just get a regular padded tube job.

ah i see, looks a bit of a gimick to me. the foam wraparound ones are good and very comfy but the only down side is it retains moisture like a sponge should and takes a wile to dry but you can bounce the weight around on your shoulders to get it in the right place with no pain
