computer question (urgent)

hi all

i have a problem with my computer,

i cant save images as gifs. or jpg i only get a option to save as bitmap.

i dont no what i have done to it,

any computer wiza\rds who can help us out.

Steve, it depends on the program you are using - in some cases you will have to "Export" rather than just "Save" to get the jpeg/gif formats (jpeg is a compressed format, and gif uses a much smaller colour pallete) - not sure what you are using, but try something like Adobe Photoshop or JASC Paint Shop Pro.

hello raz

yeah cheers for your help but i fixed it.

had too many tempory internet files saved on the computer, and it cained my memory,

by deleting these it gave me the options of saving as jpg again
