thats what it did to me, do you have adobe photoshop? if so go in to file and save for wenb this lets you reduce the quality till its small enuf

if not mail it to me at sam.carlton@ntlworld.com and ill have a go and mail it back

microsoft photo editor works best and you dont have to **** with the quality...look at my avitar...that was from a standard sized digital photo...microsoft photo editor people!

AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH, i used the photoshop thing n i can only get the blinkin thing down to 10.5, feck.
any other ideas?
