Yeah I had 4 posts about 2 days ago and just from chatting to him on here I'm aproaching 30 fast! So you could say he's helping keep the board alive!

hey m8's its 842 here right now so as youre getting ready to enter the home stretch im just starting the day! i was surprised to see my name there. i was a little worried, thought you ad finally gotten tired of me yammering about this and that. i get bored easily! thanks for the support tho. guv's just nice to me cuz i said he ad big traps, flattery gets you everywhere!

i try to be a humble guy. i know ive got a ways to go and im not going to get there without help. i also believe in learning from the mistakes of others since ill never be able to make them all myself!!! ive tried. so im at 230 now? wow, i swear i do other stuff too! thank you to everyone for the kind words, i always say knowledge is power, and i try to spread it. everyone keep posting, make this site the spot to be for info on the subject, i tell everyone i know that is even thinking about exercising for any reason about this spot. too much good info here to hide it all away! so if anyone starts saying they know me and that im a pussy...theyre lying! j/k
