empty capsules.... where can i get some?

hey guys

i have this ephedra powder that i take during cutting. I plan to cut again from monday but my one downpoint to this powder (its extremely effective otherwise) is that it tasttes worse than you could ever imagine. I have a good tolerance to downing anything, CEE is no problem etc, this is like eating shit.

so basically, any1 know where u can buy empty capsules? (like the transparent ones you get with zma or tribulus would be ideal) - need about 50 - 100 i think, they shouldnt cost hardly anything should they??

well its 8% alkaloids and i usually go for about 400mgs, so i suppose 200 mg capsules would be ideal

I hope you have a really good scale though to measure such a small amount of powder to be putting in those caps. You also have to have a filler to take up the rest of the space in the capsule. Make sure you mix the ephedra and the filler for a LONG TIME before you go putting them in the caps or you could have a mess on your hands. Hot spots can still occur even when you've mixed them well.

you can use dextrose as a filler

hot spots are where they active ingredient and the filler aren't mixed proportionally so you get uneven concentrations in the mixture. It is important to make sure you mix it really well. otherwise you could end up with some caps which are 20mg ephedra 480mg filler and some which are only 10mg ephedra with 490mg filler.
