TRAINING IS GOING REALY WELL THIS WEEK, SQUATED 320KGS FOR TWO REPS WITH BOSS SUIT AND SINGLE PLY BRIEFS. IM ADDING RAW SQUATS AT THE END OF MY WORKOUT AND MANAGED 200KGS FOR 15 REPS YESTERDAY MORNING. MY NEW ROUTINE IS AS FOLLOWS:

MON: SQUATS 8 SETS NORMAL OR BOX SQUATS FOR 8-10 SETS 2 REPS

(ALL STANCE)GOOD MORNINGS WORKING UP TO 3 REP MAX/STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFTS /LEG PRESS OR LEG CURLS 5 SETS-ALTERNATE EVERY WEEK-WORKING UP TO 3-5 REP MAX

HANGING LEG RAISES WITH ADDED WEIGHT(DUMBELL) 3 SETS 6-12 REPS

ROMAN CHAIR SIT UPS WITH/WITHOUT WEIGHT(ALT EVERY WEEK) 3 SETS 6-10 REPS

WEDSYNAMIC DAY BENCH-50-60% OF BEST COMPETITION SHIRTED BENCH

10 SETS OF 2 REPS/WITH FOCUS ON SPEED.

ALT ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF STANDING AND SEATED FRENCH PRESS FOR 5 SETS 6-8 REP RANGE-VERY STRICT

TRICEP EXTENSIONS 3 SETS 6-8 REPS

STANDING DUMBELL/BARBELL RAISES 3 SETS 6-8 REPS

CRUNCHES 10 REPS 3 SETS

FRIDAYEADLIFTS REGULAR OR STANDING ON BOX 8-10 SETS 2 REPS
RACK LOCKOUTS/BENT OVER ROWS/SINGLE ARM DUMBELL ROWS/ CHINS/SEATED ROWS FOR 6 SETS WORKING UP TO 3 REP MAX

DUMBELL/BARBELL SHRUGS 3 SETS OF 6 REPS

STANDING PRESS/CLEAN AND PRESS/SEATED SHOULDER PRESS 5 SETS WORKING UP TO 2-5 REP MAX

BENT OVER DUMBELL RAISES/REAR DELT HAMMER STRENGTH MACHINE 3 SETS 8-10 REPS

SAT:MAX EFFORT DAY BENCH WITH SHIRT 8 SETS 2 REPS
BLOCK BENCH MEDIUM GRIP 4 SETS 2 REPS 3 REP MAX

CALVE RAISES 5 SETS 12 REPS/DONKEY CALVE RAISES 3 SETS OF 12 REPS

SEATED CALF RAISES 3 SETS 10-12 REPS

GRIP TRAINING / 5 SETS 5 REP MAX WRIST CURLS

HANGING LEG RAISES 4 SETS 10 REPS BODYWEIGHT STRICT

SUNDAY:REST OR STRONGMAN TRAINING/SPRINT TRAINING/DYNAMIC JUMPS ON BOX

your lifting some heavy weights there. 320 kg squats :shock:

by looking at your routine you must be into powerlifting?

do you compete ?
