how many times u lot go out i do go now quite a bit but i never drink booze only water and diet coke, gunna hve to start cuting down though ive bin out 3 weekends in a row fri and sat nights

Body building doesnt stop me going out mate, as it happens i dont go out much anymore now as ive got a kid but if i wanna go out i just have a protien shake before i go out and if i cant eat when im out down the pub ill just have another shake when i get home.If you let it worry you that much mate you will get pissed of with BB eventually.If i go out ill have a couple guiness and thats it, drink doesnt bother me but if it did i wouldn't be sure if i could BB.I wouldn't go on a heavy session with your mates though as its bound to slow gains and your probably feel shit for doing it , i get pissed of if im late for a meal.Just plan everything mayby get some amino tabs and put them down your neck half way through the night to keep the protien up, but dont stay in just for BB, your regret ad get bored.

PS when your sticking the ammino tabs down your neck do it out of the lanlords viision, we dont want you getting chucked out of pub coz they think your doing drugs.

I'm out getting hammered every Friday and Saturday usually, some drink and some drugs as well, I'm only young and don't want to waste all my young life being in the gym.

Going out sober is ok but not fun enough for me.

You are spot on mate do what you want to do, if your on the piss at weekends im sure you can still make small muscle gains and keep relativly fit , but id be surprised if you would make massive gains because binge drinking is bound to slow you down in the gym for a couple of days afterwards and it dehydrates you which will not help your muscles grow.If i was in your shoes id train hard in the week with some cardio aswell, eat really well but avoid training at weekends, try having a jog on sunday if you can to help sweat the drink out of you.The trouble with going on the piss at weekends is it has a knock-on effect for a thew days aftewards, so this limits your training to about 4 days a week, you cant do a lot with 4 days as 2 of theese days may be rest days if your doing a 3 day workout.You should still train in the week if nothing else just to stay fit and strong but it wouldn't be realistic to say you are going to get good gains when you neglect your body for 2 days.
Just do a couple of days on strength training, concentrate on compound exercises, sit ups 5 days a week to keep that beer belly down, 3 days cardio and eat well.Doing this you should stay strong, stay fit but you wont get much bigger until you cut back on drink and drugs.Dont mean to be so blunt but ive been in your position mate,i used to go out 3 or so times a week on the piss , but still weight trained.I did this from the age of 14 until late last year i decided to find out why i wasnt making any gains at all.There was only one answer my diet wasnt good enougth and drinking virtually made it impposible for me to progress, ive always been a healthy and fit bloke but if you go out and only have 4-5 drinks a couple times a week it stops you from progressing.Ive listened to people on this forum and put the effort in, im not massive and i never will be as i have lesser goals but never the less i have gained 2 stone 6 and have doubled my bench press in just 4 months.Gains will come if you put effort in and that means no drugs and very little booze but if you want to drink dont have big goals as you will struggle to reach them and if you do reach them let me no your secret.

I drink when bulking try to cut down when cutting. Pretty much to a minimum. At the end of the day bodybuilding is just another recreational activity that u enjoy in itself and 4 the benefits. theres no way id sacrifice my life 4 this, unless ure competing dnt see the point of quitting drinking altogether. Plus im a uni student drink and drugs are the shit

althou ive not touched anything for a while very minimal drinking and no crazy shit while ive been on cycle.

Definate respect for the effort ure putting in. Dont do the cycle thou mate u may live to seriously regret it. Do clen if u have to and just eat like a mutha ****er so using it to bulk.
