Diet wise, I'll behave within reason becuase I'm starting a cycle beginning Jan.

Training on Christmas Day - not a chance!

I could see people without family around doing it though, that sort of thing...

What days christmas day on? If its on a training day I'll probably be there, since I quit drinking and all the other stuff christmas has lost its fun factor for me. Also I never liked x-mas dinner, I used to have a curry for my christmas meal , will definately be eating a sh%t load of pickled onions though, I love 'em.

I will probably get together with all my mates in the evening though and cause a bit of havoc and noise. 2 years ago I moved my guitar and amp out in the street at midnight on new years eve and played it at full blast  . You can hear it 2 miles away

Our gym will be closed so I won't be training except maybe some abs at home. As for the diet, I'm bulking so I"ll just eat like normal - ALOT
