Dislocated shoulder on punch bag about 2 years ago, misjudged my punch in relation to the bag and the next thing I knew my arm was stuck in a very weird position with my shoulder bone sticking out in a parculiar angle. Had to sit in reception for 2 hours waiting for paramedics, became quite painful after a bit, then one of the guys in the gym put me out of my misery by cracking it back into place, just before ambulance came (typical NHS!)
