i couldnt imagine there would be much of a difference,

this one looks really solid and can hold loads of weight,

if you order, make sure you give them a ring back in about 3 days after ordering.

they have this habbit of firgetting about your order, well they did me anyway,

if you get it jones, give us a shout, let us no whats it like,

its 4ft by 4ft,if i remember correctly.

also you will need olympic bar and weights have you got these already.?

cheers

i got the powerline one jones.

i cant remember the exact price.

it is good though, ive been benching about 140 kg on it.

i use the bodysolid, incline decline, flat bench with it.

the smith machine bar weighs 14kg and i use standard and olympic plates on it.

i definately recomend them.

i aint got a homegym

my mate bought the powertec big yellow thing

its good but very big, good if you got a big yard

are you still gonna order the same bits?

cheers
