I watched the first hour.

Perhaps they should have taken volunteers who would have been happy to take on board a 'realistic' dose.

i agree mate, wasnt surprised tho.

I mean, everyone was bound to improve over 6 weeks of training no matter what they were taking. Not sure how u would get around that. And skinz was ALWAYS gonna win the 100m.

Wasnt a good advert for natural supplements. Dint the guys on the placebo improve more than the guys on creatine?

I too agree, Very dissapointing, didn't think the events they competed in were very good for testing the results, didn't seem to get much info outta it!

yeah i agree as well guys.

what a waste of time,

i dont think the results they got, were justified by what they were taking.

it was just the training over 6 weeks that made them improve.

and how much creatine did that guy add to that glass.to me it looked more than 5 grams?

and did he load up on it?

i wonder what there diets were like aswell?

I watched it too, problem I have with it is that you can't compare the results as one person can respond better to training than the next person even if they are on the same supplements or gear.

Complete bollox as if you were in the olympics and doing gear you would be on about 100 times as much as they were.

Conclusion: Another load of bollox on TV, no wonder I go to the gym !!
