I mean, everyone was bound to improve over 6 weeks of training no matter what they were taking. Not sure how u would get around that. And skinz was ALWAYS gonna win the 100m. Wasnt a good advert for natural supplements. Dint the guys on the placebo improve more than the guys on creatine? |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | yeah i agree as well guys. what a waste of time, :twisted: i dont think the results they got,were justified by what they were taking. it was just the training over 6 weeks that made them improve. and how much creatine did that guy add to that glass.to me it looked more than 5 grams? and did he load up on it? i wonder what there diets were like aswell? |

Complete bollox as if you were in the olympics and doing gear you would be on about 100 times as much as they were.
