| Making Progress | Hi all, i have been having problems with this recently, and was wondering if any of the gang has had the same, problem really started when i stopped training in April, and resumed nearly 3 weeks ago, terrible acid shooting up the gullet, i have had varying opinions on exactly what it is, but in any case got some tablets to quell the stomach acid, which so far so good, the diet and excercise is doing it, as you know when lifting etc it pushes your diaphragm upwards therefore any acid you have goes up with it, leaving you very uncomfortable, if anyone has this then dont go on rennie's or OTC remedies, get to the doc and you should get some help. Any views on this would be helpful. Dave. |

I was thinking about going to the doc, but since i really started training it doesnt seem to happen. I think the doc can give you something to get rid of the excess acid in your stomache, but as you said, rennies etc dont really help. They are ok if you have eaten to much ![]() |
