| Making Progress Join Date: May 2004 Location: England Posts: 421 Rep Power: ![]() | hi guys was wondering if you could help me, im 6ft 3 and i started body building 2 years ago last year i baught some reflex instant mass and started eating ok and i gained a ston this year i havent really got much sized change and im not big atall so i baught some reflex instant mass again and San V12 and i was wondering if you new the best food to bulk up even more? many thanks for any help. |

| Join Date: Dec 2003 Posts: 0 Rep Power: ![]() | Just eat Bro! 5 to 7 meals a day. fresh foods, about 1.5 grams of protein a day per pound of bodyweight and about 2 grams of carbs per pound of body weight a day...all split up into how ever many meals you eat. Stick with ffresh foods and lean meat and make sure to eat simple and complex carbs. you should do fine, dont worry about fats as long as you are eating lean meats and fresh foods. no fried crap or junk food. |
