Default how to get a 6pac while bulking up

i am currently preparing for a junior body building comp in the summer and therefor am bulking up, but i am worried if i bulk up to much i will get fat on my gut, is there anyway to bulk up and keep the 6pac

Well.... Not really mate I guess it is possible but I think you would get better gains if just concentrated on bulking for the moment, and then start cutting nearer the contest.

joe bulk first,cut later

much quicker this way.

still train your abs though
