| Making Progress | Hi all, article in the scottish daily record yesterday(thursday), about a 26 year old junior MR UNIVERSE, STEWART CAMERON, he died due to a burst blood vessel, after sustaining an injury, whilst training in 2002, which recurred after he found out he had to stop competing, which he then sunk into depression and drank to cope with it, the alcohol triggered a haemorrage and he died of massive internal bleeding. Sad when anyone dies but a fit 26 year old, and a bodybuilder as well, it makes us all think. Dave. |

I mean is it worth putting your life/health at risk for the sake of an extra inch round the arm e.t.c... It just shows how you have to be sensible in this game! |
