Default loose skin

hi i my name is joe and i am 16, i was wondering if there is anything naturally i can do to get rid of loose skin, when i was 14 i ate loads of junk food to try and get big but instead i got fat lol, which obviosuly isnt no suprise. but now i have lost all the weight and after watching pumping iron dvd i decided bodybuilding was the thing for me, but i know am left with a lot os lose skin and it isnt very nice, i am quite muscular at the moment but i would feel more confident if my skin didnt strech out like 4m inches and hang over my clothes ect. any help would be great but no plastic surgury

sorry pal, think yr best bet is to see ya doctor. eating plenty of protein and working out hard (see training forum) will fill you out plenty and bulk you up that may work for you.

Just keep eating and training hard mate and you will fill in the gaps no problem, maybe try a skin firming cream or vit e cream just for extra help.
