| Making Progress | Hi there, I am just finishing antibiotics for a infection in my sinuses, and to be honest with you i have not lifted anything since last week, i would rather lose 1 or 2 weeks and get my immune system to 100% than risk making myself open to anything else around, so all ive done is rest eat and sleep, my doc says that when you have an infection or more serious then you virtually shut down i was weak as water, couldnt lift or even warm up. My advice for what its worth is to leave alone and do the above but evryone is different. Hope this helped in some small way. dave. |

| Making Progress | Hi mate One thing I will sa is your body needs to firstly recover from the shock of an infection, get some immunity boosters, eat plenty, and drink plenty of fluids. This will help you fight it. You must take a break as you will recover quicker and dont worry about the weight dropping on your bench, that will come back very quickly when you are healed!! Good luck! ______________________ "Living life at 18stone 10lbs is painful. Losing weight is a challenge. Have a week off with a good diet and plenty of protein, get loads of sleep and take it easy. You will be ready to lift the roof of the gym when you get back  ______________________ You can never have enough protein! |
