hey gareth,nice one i guess u like pets,

weve got loads.6 cats and a dog

heres a pic of something u shouldnt do when u squat (i repeat shouldnt)

i took mateys advice,follow through at the bottom

no more squats for me,

there is another one about somewhere,its where a geezer is squating,and he sort of like folds up.and ens up sandwiched under the bar,i ll see if i can find it

As for that squatting piccie, thankfully it's not as it appears on the accompanying text. A quick look on "urban myths" web-site Snopes.com came up with this information:
