Snack - 10:30

1 piece of fruit (Will be a protein bar soon as im making my own)

Dinner - 12-1

1 tin of tuna on 2 sandwhiches

Snack 3:30

1 scoop of whey with a banana

Tea - 7:00

fish, meat or chicken/ cous cous / rice / noodles with carrots/peas/broccoli (its usually between these options)

Snack 10:30
