Just wondering if theres such a thing and if so, do they work?

there are some on the market but i don't rate them if carbs are bad for you then minimise them or don't eat them

Your will power is obviously better than mine. I craved a sausage sandwich earlier. I dont usually eat sausages so i cooked it to death to get the fat out but i felt guilty about the two rounds of bread i had them with.

Make the bread wholemeal and the carbs in general complex carbs
there is a book called the low GI cook book and in the first couple of introductery pages it explains really well how to compile meals so as not to have the diverse effects from food, carbs in particuler.

simple carbs start a chain of bad signals through your body, that almost forces you to eat more sugery food, except for certain times when your body can quickly utilise them.

the diet as a whole is the problem if your craving foods you don't normally eat...my elder sister said pretty much what you just said to me then a year later she had dropped form a size 22 to a 12 amazing where you get will power from
