| Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 14 Rep Power: ![]() | I am currently following a carb cycling diet where i have one or two days per week carb days. The problem i have is that i have got a prob with my back doc has advised that i have a disc prob or may have torn something. Not able to do a full on, all out workout so not to sure what to do with my diet at the moment. ?????? Normally take iso energy after a workout which i have stopped taking for now. Still able to do some cardio but it is very much steady state cardio, cant manage hiit. |
