Default whats your food bill

how much do you reckon you spend on food a week just for yourself ?

i spend prob £45 pound a week plus a tub of protien powder a month and supplements

and then £29 pound a month gym fees

yes m8 i was just curios what people spent just on themselves for training food wise selfish bastards that we bodybuiders are.

Most is included in the weekly big shop, but I'd guess at at least £30 just for me + £30 for protein.

+ Supps (Fish Oil, Vits etc)

Eggs/Beef and Rice/Green Veg is fairly cheap though

my weekly feeding costs are quite cheap at the moment.. about £35 per week plus a couple of tubs of whey a month...

i buy all my meat in bulk from a wholesale butchers so it works out alot cheaper than supermarkets!

Around £45-£50 per week
plus 5lbs tub of whey last around 2 weeks £35
so around £270 a month. damm,never really worked it out till now.

Well im getting a new membership today so thatll be £50 a month (central london waterloo, damn location)

about £30-40 on food per week

and supss I guess it works out around £10 or maybe more

dont really calculate, i just buy as and when i need stuff

I'd say around $50.00 USD a week for myself... Total weekly Budget for food for the family ( Wife, me, 3 yr old son averages $150.00 USD/wk. Supps not added in.
