how important is drinking plety of water to bulking up?
Or id Dr pepper a good substitute

its important for enzymatic reactions (protein synthesis), also simple hydration (body needs to maintain body temp of 37degress), digestion as well.

so drink up!!!

you'll get bodybuilders often drinking 4 litres a day.

yeah i have no idea how they can drink so much all the time, but yeah its pretty common place to see people drinking 6 litres, especially if your on gear!!!!!!!!

Heck - Thats between 24lbs and 30lbs of water per day (depending if it was a US gallon or a UK Gallon)

lol. Bodyworks, if you hadn't guessed, is obsessed with Crystal Light and Pepsi Jazz.

He's also an authority on all sugar free flavoured water drinks.

I've yet to try the one from Marks & Spencers... I still enjoy Sainsbury's Strawberry & Kiwi though
