| Join Date: Feb 2008 Posts: 12 Rep Power: ![]() | Hello people, Im going to start bulking but need some advise. Im getting confused of what to eat and when. I have a job monday to friday eight till six but have not got a clue of what to eat and when to eat it. Any clues or advise welcome. |

Join Date: Jan 2008 Posts: 643 Rep Power: ![]() | For bulking you need calories.And lots of 'em.Quality carbs and protien along with good fats aswell.Meals should be every 3 hours.This is difficult for most due to work etc but if you're permitted to eat while you work,no problemo.If not,there are some good weight gain shakes out there and meal replacment's too.Get them down you when you can,as often as you can. ______________________ "Practice puts brains in your muscles" |
