Yea diet is going well. I feel more alert and less tired through the day with the extra carbs so thats a plus really. I know it's still early days but it seems good. I love eating. Verne thanks for doing that! But are you sure that it's correct some of the numbers seem quite large

Yup deffo seems like a gainer diet, but i would build it up to that week by week personally.

i.e. week 1 3000 cals
week 2 3250 cals

and so forth.

You dont need that much protein or carbs though at that body weight your on now.

Hi Youngster..I took the basic figures from a web site but made some assumptions about eg size of chicken breasts, number of cups of milk that make up a pint etc etc. It should be pretty accurate but its early stages for develoment of my system so I'll do some double checking on it.

even without the numbers i can see its a good solid diet go with it tweak it as you go. proof of the pudding and all that

Hi i am a newbie to the bodybuilding world and decided to have a go of this diet as so many of you praised it i am similar size/weight as you but im really struggling to get that amount of eggs down me could you suggest an alternative been following it now for 3 weeks and have seen great strength gains so its definitely working for me. thanks
