Default fat intake

when you use carb cycling does your fat intake remain the same right through if so how much fat is the norm when dieting

Nice to see you around again Bill, I don't use carb cycling, but here are my views.

I assume you would reduce caloric intake on days off, so we'd have:

Training days: fat = normal kcals - protein - appropriate carb intake
Non training days: fat = lower kcals - protein - appropriate carb intake

So in each case fat is 'the rest' of your calories. Are you competing again?

helo m8 hope you are good

im just concentrating on getting in decent shape at the min for summer and all that
maybe later in the year though.

im ok mostly with diet i just get a bit confused with fat intake must be my age lol
