I believe hydrolization is rarely above 15% - the majority of the whey still there is "normal", i.e. the stomach is required to break down the protein. I can't see how the requirement for hydrolization blocks the WMS absorbtion. This is taking into account that one of the major selling points for WMS is that it moves easily through membranes (given its low molecular weight). If you want to be ultra sure, mix WMS with free form amino acids. |
